Embodied Transformation: A 12 Week Mind-Body Healing Journey

The Embodied Transformation coaching package is designed to support you in building sustainable health and strength from the inside out. Healing and Goal Setting Session (60 minutes)

We begin by honouring where you are now, physically, emotionally and energetically. Together, we’ll explore your goals and uncover what’s been holding you back. You’ll leave with a clear, soul-aligned action plan rooted in self-compassion and personal empowerment.

6 Bi-Weekly Mind Body Coaching Sessions (45 minutes)

Each session blends fitness guidance with emotional awareness, helping you shift patterns that no longer serve you. Topics will include:

  • Mindful nutrition & intuitive eating 

  • Emotional blocks to weight loss

  • Rewiring limiting beliefs 

  • Movement as self-care 

  • Hormonal balance, rest and recovery

  • Healing body image through compassion. 

Personalised Macros and Calories

After our coaching foundation is laid, you’ll receive a customised training plan, whether you’re at home or in the gym, built to match your body, goals, and energy levels. This is not about punishment; it’s about reclaiming movement as medicine.

Holistic Nutrition Guidance and Healing Recipes 

I’ll calculate your personalised macro and calorie needs with flexibility in mind. You’ll also receive nourishing recipe ideas that support emotional wellbeing, hormonal balance, and sustainable energy.

Video demonstrations of Exercises 

You’ll receive clear video demonstrations of each exercise in your program to ensure you’re performing movements safely and effectively.

4 Gentle Progress Check-Ins (30 minutes)

Every three weeks, we’ll reconnect to celebrate wins, reflect on challenges, and make adjustments that honour your body’s wisdom.

Final Integration and Celebration Session

In our final week, we will reflect on your healing, progress, and inner growth. You’ll walk away with tools for continued self-care, aligned action, and long-term empowerment.
